Refund policy
Returns
The return policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days since the purchase, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted,
Return eligibility requires the items be unused and in the same condition as received at the time of purchase and receiving the product in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be exchanged for product.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
If the item is not in its original condition, is missing parts or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, are not returnable.
Items returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted for return.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items and are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Allow time for the exchanged item to be delivered.
For items over $75, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance should be used. Returned items are not guaranteed to be received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to the customer verifying receipt of the returned item. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.
Refunds will be processed and credits will automatically be applied to the customer credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Check with your bank account to verify refund has been applied.
Contact the credit card company and allow time for the refund to be applied.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at milanddildesigns@comcast.net and send your item to: 9335 Castlebrook Drive Shreveport Louisiana US 71129.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
