MilandDil Designs provides quality products and we strive to protect them with our shipping protocols. Items are carefully packaged to ensure they are received by our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Please read our shipping policies for important information::

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically from our carrier providers by dimension, weight and shipping destination.
  • At checkout you will see various options to select your shipping carrier and method of shipment along with the approximate calculated price.
  • MilandDil Designs reserves the right to choose another shipping option for your order if we deem it less expensive or more cost effective.
  • Once orders are received, they are processed as quickly as possible. Order processing times vary from 1 - 2 business days.
  • MilandDil Designs uses USPS, FedEx and UPS as carrier options.
  • MilandDil Designs does ship internationally. Rates for international packages are calculated and based on dimension, weight and destination. If your shipping charge does not cover the amount paid for shipping, you will be notified and have the option to pay the difference in shipping to complete the order. If you choose not to go forward with the order, the item(s) will be restocked and your order will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping calculations paid at checkout are "calculated" and estimates only. Actual shipping charges are not known until the package is processed, packed and weighed. If the shipping you paid at checkout is not enough to cover the fee, you will be billed for the difference. Likewise, if the shipping has an overage, in some cases the amount will be refunded if we deem it appropriate.
  • IMPORTANT:  Choosing "in-store pickup" at no charge is NOT AN OPTION for out of town purchases. If you selected this option at checkout and did not pay shipping, you will be charged for the actual shipping for your order. You will have forty-eight (48) hours to pay your shipping invoice. If the invoice is not paid within that period of time, your order will be cancelled and refunded MINUS a 25% restocking fee. The item(s) will be returned to inventory.
